At this time, we do not offer refunds on cosmetic products. We are able to accept exchanges and store credit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your original item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. We will replace items that are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
